Special orders are quoted after we have arrived at a design that you approve.  I have found it best to use one of my existing designs as the basis for special orders, as that way you will have a better idea of  what the final product will look like.   Sizes and shapes can be varied to the extent that I have the correct molds and that the finished size will fit inside my kilns.  It's easiest to review these requirements by phone, so don't hesitate to call me.

Payments for special orders do not use the shopping cart.  Please follow this procedure:

First, a design needs to be agreed upon.  Send any communications or drawings to web_orders@jerigoodman.com or fax to my phone (call first if sending faxes). 

I will create a PayPal Invoice for the design that you have approved.  All special orders must be paid for in advance, and the item is not-returnable as it has been made to your requirements.   

Just follow the instructions to make your payment.  When I receive the payment confirmation back from PayPal,  I will start on your order.  When the item is finished , I will email you with your tracking number.
